This gallery showcases a curated selection of photographs captured during my travels, each image thoughtfully acquired and meticulously edited by myself. The collection aims to convey the natural world as I experienced it unfolding in real time—highlighting subtle shifts in light, movement, and color that defined those moments. Every photo reflects an honest and personal interpretation of nature’s evolving beauty, inviting viewers to see the landscape through my perspective and appreciate the transient wonders that inspired each frame.
This was the first place we stopped at to shoot after we arrived at the South Island. It was a short hike after we parked the cars and noted a fast-moving river flows through a lush green forest in New Zealand, with tall trees on both sides and mist rising from the mountains in the background under a partly cloudy sky at sunset.

I took this shot during a camping trip I had with my buddies in North Carolina at a 6,000 feet elevation. I lit the tents placing headlights in them and I asked Chris to stand still while I had a long exposure. The moon lit the cloud cover below us

I had my waders on and set my tripod in the middle of the stream. I took a low shot featuring that rock as my foreground and the long exposure time made the flowing water as leading lines pointing at the bright cave entrance.

The Greeks associated the city with the export of papyrus from Egypt. They called the papyrus byblos, and this word eventually evolved to mean "book" (biblia). This is the ultimate origin of the English word "Bible," meaning "the books".
